The founder of Swami Vivekanand Shikshan Sanstha, Shikshanmaharshi Dr. Bapuji Salunkhe established Arts and Commerce College, Kadepur in June 1984 with a motto, “Dissemination of education for knowledge, science and culture.” The Sanstha was founded to cater the need of higher education of the people living in rural and remote area in the vicinity of Kadepur village. Kadepur, having the population of about 10000, is situated in the district of Sangli in the Western Maharashtra.

A Student Guidance Centre has been established in our College to promote high standards of education and producing outstanding graduates. Various facilities are available for getting the fee reimbursed. Sports facilities at the college will allow the college to host various events. Some events like Inter College Sports Fest, Sports Meet, Indoor Games etc.
